Mobile Learning Center will be in Manhattan on the fourth Wednesday of each month (July 28) from 9:30 - Noon and 1pm - 3pm in the Market Place parking lot by StarCon. This mobile computer lab assists with job searching and other related tools. Workforce of Will County website

Street Release Club
Never sure when your favorite author is coming out with a new book? Want to be notified automatically when your favorite, newest fiction releases are ready for you to pick-up at the library. Join our Street Release Club by either printing out the form then bringing it into the library or stop in and fill one out. It's that easy!

For Retirees and Seniors, the library meeting room is open on Mondays from 9am - 11am for you to enjoy a cup of coffee and . . . while you glance at the local newspapers, magazines, etc.

Just the Basics (Free Computer Class)
The Beginning Computer Class, Just The Basics, will resume in the spring. If you are interested in signing up or for more information contact Noreen at email above.

This class is not designed to be able to help people who need help in maintaining their Windows Operating System, or who currently have any other "technical" problems on their home computer. The goal of this class is to help those patrons who may be intimidated by getting started on a computer, and that this will allow them to start using the computer re sources here at the library.

Book Discussion
Adult Book Discussion meets on the 2nd Thursday of each month. August  12 (7pm)  title is The Help by Kathryn Stockett.  Call or email if you would like a copy of the book and join us.

 

Mystery Book Discussion
